Visit of the Chinese Delegates from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, People's Republic of China to Republic of the Philippines

Hailing from the province of Shijiazhuang, Hebei, People’s Republic of China, the delegates enthusiastically visited in the Philippines last September 3 until the 10th of the year 2011 thru the conscious effort of Royal Institution. The group of business men literally sweep from South to North of the Philippines to try and get a glimpse of business potentials for possible investments in the country in real estate and construction industry.
First stop, they went to the highly urbanized city of Zamboanga which also serves as an entry point to many Southeast Asian destinations. The group went to have a courtesy call to Mayor Celso Lobregat and started their Zamboanga trip. To better understand the Filipino education set up in Mindanao, the delegates went to Western Mindanao State University, the only state university in the city and is also said to be the oldest. A few meters away from the state university, the delegates also went to Zamboanga Polytechnic College situated along many other universities in the city.
Our visitors did enjoy their visit in Zamboanga city as they got to see how the city was renowned for being the centre of economic activities in Mindanao as they went to Zamboanga Ecozone. The Zamboanga Ecozone aiming to be more than just an industrial tourism but also for agriculture and tourism, is a nature park where our delegates enjoyed its lighting facilities, swimming pools, pavilions, and many other amenities one can enjoy.
After Zamboanga, the group went to the capital of the Philippines, Manila. They went to the Royal Institution office and was welcomed and toured by the staffs. Most importantly, the delegates were awarded with certification as fellow and were escorted to Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim for courtesy call.
The business men also toured along three well known schools in the Metro. These schools are Polytechnic University of the Philippines known to be a public research university of the Philippines, the leading propriety university in the Philippines Far Eastern University, and lastly the formerly known as Marian School of Midwifery, the delegates visited Emilio Aguinaldo College.
The wonderful and fruitful trip of the delegates went up North and went to the hometown of Kapampangans, Pampanga. They went to Angeles University Foundation President, Dr. Joseph Angeles and Clark Development Corporation President, Atty. Felipe Remollo. The tour of the Chinese business men was possible thru the invitation of Royal Institution with the goal of collaboration in tour properties in the city of Zamboanga to specifically see potential of opening up a mall in the said city.
